Its prices are checked at every store, and each product's price history is tracked so you can see where it has been cheaper.

Questions and answers
- When does Lush have sales?
- Lush rarely discounts its own products and has historically held a Boxing Day sale online and in shops. Outside that, markdowns are uncommon, so compare prices across stores rather than waiting for a sitewide event.
- Where is Lush cheapest?
- It varies by product. Gift sets and clothing like the Sweetheart Tie Neck Midi Sundress are sold through third-party retailers, which sometimes undercut Lush's own price. Check each product's price history to see which store has been lowest.
- What are Lush's best-known products?
- The Snow Fairy range, including the gift set, is one of its most popular seasonal lines, and bath bombs and shower gels are its core sellers. The clothing items are a smaller side line rather than the main draw.
- What is Lush's return policy?
- Lush accepts returns of unused products with proof of purchase, and its fresh products have shorter windows because they are made by hand and dated. Clothing bought from third-party stores follows that store's return policy instead.
- Are there Lush discount codes?
- Deal.ai doesn't list Lush discount codes. It checks what Lush products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
