Questions and answers
- When does MET run sales?
- MET itself does not run public seasonal sales; discounts come from retailers clearing prior-year colors and models. The end of the road season, roughly September through November, and the weeks around Black Friday are when MET helmets are most often marked down.
- Where is MET cheapest?
- Large online bike retailers and closeout sellers usually undercut local shops on older colorways of the Rivale and Trenta. Compare the exact model and size, since MIPS and non-MIPS versions of the same name are priced differently.
- What are MET's best-known helmets?
- The Trenta is MET's aero road helmet, and the Rivale is its lower-priced all-round road model; both come in MIPS versions. MET also makes the Manta and Parachute mountain bike helmets and the Veleno road range.
- What is MET's return policy?
- Returns are handled by the retailer you bought from, not by MET directly, so check that store's window and whether helmets must be unworn with tags. MET covers manufacturing defects under warranty through the shop or its local distributor.
