Questions and answers

Does Neptune make batteries for scooters other than the Merits Junior P320?

Neptune's catalog centers on sealed lead-acid replacement packs, and the 12V 18Ah pair is sized for the Merits Junior P320. Check the voltage, amp-hour rating and terminal type against the pack you are replacing before buying.

Where is the Neptune P320 battery pack cheapest?

The page compares every store that stocks the pack and shows which one is lowest right now. Each store's price history is on the page, so you can see whether the current price is high or low for that seller.

Are two 12V 18Ah batteries the same as one 24V pack?

Yes. The Merits Junior P320 runs on two 12V batteries wired in series, which gives 24V at 18Ah. Replace both at once so the pair stays matched.

What is the warranty on Neptune batteries?

Warranty terms come from the seller, not from Neptune, and they vary by store. Check the return and warranty terms on the listing before you order.

How long does a Neptune SLA pack last?

Sealed lead-acid packs typically last one to two years with daily use, less if you store the scooter discharged. Charge after each use and keep the chair out of freezing temperatures to get the full life.

Are there Neptune discount codes?

Deal.ai doesn't list Neptune discount codes. It checks what Neptune products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
