Questions and answers
- When does OSTBA run sales?
- OSTBA discounts mostly appear around Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and on Walmart rollback pricing. Outside those windows, prices tend to sit near list.
- Where is OSTBA cheapest?
- Amazon and Walmart are the main sellers, and the two usually undercut each other by a few dollars. Check both before buying, since OSTBA does not sell direct from its own site.
- What are OSTBA's best products?
- Its air fryers and blenders are the most reviewed. The 4.5QT Air Fryer with 6 Presets is the smaller, cheaper option, while the 1600W TY103 blender targets smoothies and crushing ice.
- What is OSTBA's return policy?
- Returns go through the retailer, not OSTBA. Amazon gives 30 days from delivery; Walmart's window is 90 days, with marketplace sellers setting their own terms.
- Is the OSTBA 1600W blender actually commercial grade?
- No. It is a home blender with a 1600W motor and a 68oz jar, not NSF-certified commercial equipment. Expect it to handle ice and frozen fruit, but not all-day cafe use.
