- When does Personalization Mall run sales?
- Personalization Mall discounts most around major gift holidays: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, back-to-school, Black Friday and Christmas. Personalized mugs are frequent sale items, so compare the current price against the mug's price history before ordering.
- Where is the cheapest place to buy a Personalization Mall mug?
- It varies by mug. Some styles sell only on Personalization Mall's own site, while others appear at retailers like Amazon or Walmart. Deal.ai compares every store's price for the same mug, so check that page before you buy.
- Which Personalization Mall mugs are the best sellers?
- The 15oz custom name mug and the photo-and-text mug are the most popular. The oversized "Close to Her Heart" mug and the tapered 13oz statement mug are common picks for gifts.
- What is Personalization Mall's return policy on personalized items?
- Personalized mugs are made to order, so they are generally not returnable unless the item arrives damaged or the personalization is wrong. Check the spelling and photo crop before you submit, and contact customer service with photos if something is off.
- How long does a personalized mug take to arrive?
- Personalization adds production time on top of shipping. Standard orders typically take about a week to a week and a half in total, and rush production and expedited shipping are offered for a fee. Order early around holidays.
- Are there Personalization Mall discount codes?
- Deal.ai doesn't list Personalization Mall discount codes. It checks what Personalization Mall products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
