Questions and answers
- When does Retekess run sales?
- Retekess discounts show up mainly on Amazon during Prime Day and Black Friday, and on its own site around the same periods. Outside those windows, prices on the TR604 and TR629 tend to stay flat.
- Where is Retekess cheapest?
- Amazon usually matches or beats Retekess's own store price once shipping is counted, and Prime shipping is free. Check both before buying, since the gap is often a few dollars.
- What are Retekess's best-known products?
- Its two-way radios and wireless calling systems for restaurants and clinics are the core line. The TR604 and TR629 are basic analog portables: the TR604 is AM/FM only, while the TR629 adds shortwave.
- What is Retekess's return policy?
- Orders from Retekess's own site generally allow returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Amazon orders follow Amazon's standard 30-day return window instead.
