- Does Storz & Bickel ever go on sale?
- Discounts are rare. Storz & Bickel sets minimum advertised prices for its dealers, so most stores hold near list price all year. The best chance of a lower price is a retailer's own sitewide promotion or a bundle that adds accessories.
- Where is Storz & Bickel cheapest?
- Authorized dealers usually match each other within a few dollars, so the difference comes from shipping and tax. Compare the total landed cost at each store, and check the price history to see whether a listing is at its usual level or an outlier.
- What are Storz & Bickel's best-known products?
- The Volcano Hybrid is the flagship desktop unit, with a balloon and a tube option and app control. The Mighty+ is the large portable with a digital display and long battery life, and the Crafty+ is the smaller, app-controlled portable. The Venty is the newer portable with adjustable airflow.
- What is the return policy?
- Returns depend on the store you buy from, not on Storz & Bickel directly. Check each retailer's window and whether opened vaporizers are eligible, since many stores treat used devices as non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Are Storz & Bickel devices covered by a warranty?
- Yes. Storz & Bickel backs its devices with a multi-year manufacturer warranty, and registration is done through the company. Keep the receipt from the store, since warranty claims usually require proof of purchase.
- Are there Storz & Bickel discount codes?
- Deal.ai doesn't list Storz & Bickel discount codes. It checks what Storz & Bickel products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
