- When does TONAIN run sales?
- TONAIN discounts most around Black Friday, back-to-school season and the end of the model year, when outgoing bikes are cleared. Deal.ai tracks price changes year-round, so you can see when a drop is real.
- Where is TONAIN cheapest?
- It varies by model. TONAIN's own site and large retailers like Best Buy and Amazon often trade the lowest price on the T1 and C2. Compare the current price at each store on this page before buying.
- What are TONAIN's best products?
- The T1 commuter e-bike and the C2 folding scooter get the most attention, for their range and mid-range pricing. The lighter S1 is the pick for short trips and stairs.
- What is TONAIN's return policy?
- Orders from TONAIN's site can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and the bike must be unopened or in like-new condition. Retailers set their own windows, so check the store you buy from.
- Does TONAIN honor its warranty on bikes bought elsewhere?
- Yes, the warranty covers the frame and motor for two years and the battery for one year, as long as you bought from an authorized seller. Keep your receipt; third-party marketplace sellers may not qualify.
- Are there TONAIN discount codes?
- Deal.ai doesn't list TONAIN discount codes. It checks what TONAIN products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
