Questions and answers
- When does TORC run sales?
- TORC discounts mostly appear around spring and summer riding season and during Black Friday and holiday promotions. Deals are usually run by retailers rather than TORC itself, so check the price history on each helmet page before buying.
- Where is TORC cheapest?
- Prices vary by retailer and colorway, and closeout colors are often the cheapest. Compare the same model across stores on its Deal.ai page and check the price history to see whether the current price is above or below its usual range.
- What are TORC's best-known helmets?
- The T15 full-face line is TORC's most widely sold range, with the T15B as a budget variant. The Bluetooth full-face model adds built-in speakers and a microphone for riders who want audio without a separate headset.
- What is the return policy on TORC helmets?
- Returns are handled by the store you buy from, not by TORC, so the window and conditions depend on the retailer. Helmets are often only returnable if unworn with tags and the box intact, so confirm the policy before ordering.
- Does the TORC Bluetooth helmet work with any phone?
- It pairs over standard Bluetooth, so it works with most iOS and Android phones. Expect basic call and music control rather than the mesh intercom features of dedicated communicators.
