Questions and answers
- When does TURBRO run sales?
- TURBRO discounts mostly appear around spring and summer, when mini splits and dehumidifiers are in season, and again during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. There are no live deals on this page right now, so check back or set a price alert on the product pages.
- Where is TURBRO cheapest?
- TURBRO sells through several online retailers, and prices for the same model often differ by $30 to $100. Compare the delivered price, including freight, since mini splits and 165-pint dehumidifiers are heavy items that some sellers ship free and others do not.
- What are TURBRO's best-known products?
- TURBRO is best known for budget ductless mini splits, like the Finnmark series, and for high-capacity dehumidifiers. The 165-pint commercial unit with a built-in pump and drain hose is aimed at basements, crawl spaces and job sites rather than a single room.
- What is the return policy on TURBRO products?
- Returns are handled by the retailer you buy from, not by TURBRO directly, so the window and restocking terms depend on the store. Keep the original packaging: mini splits and large dehumidifiers are costly to ship back and some sellers charge freight on returns.
