Questions and answers
- When does Tzumi run sales?
- Tzumi discounts show up most around Black Friday, back-to-school, and holiday periods, and retailers like Macy's and Walmart mark down ionvac vacuums on their own schedules. The 60% cut on the ionvac handheld at Macy's is a retailer promotion, not a fixed Tzumi event.
- Where is Tzumi cheapest?
- Mass retailers usually beat Tzumi's own site on price. The ionvac Handheld Cordless Vacuum is $19.99 at Macy's as of the listing, well below its typical $40 to $50 range. Compare Walmart, Target, and Amazon before buying, since ionvac models are frequently discounted.
- What are Tzumi's best products?
- The ionvac handheld vacuums are the most widely sold Tzumi products, valued for light cleanup in cars and on stairs rather than deep carpet work. The Flex Fitness ShiatsuPro massager is a secondary pick. Tzumi's chargers and LED accessories are inexpensive but basic.
- What is Tzumi's return policy?
- Returns go through the retailer you bought from, not Tzumi directly, so Macy's, Walmart, or Amazon policies apply. Tzumi's own site covers warranty claims on defective units, typically within a limited period. Keep the receipt and original packaging.
