Vaast Sale Tracker, November 2026

Questions and answers

When does Vaast run sales?

Vaast discounts mostly show up around the end of the model year and during major holiday sales, when shops clear out current R/1 builds. The page tracks live prices and each product's price history, so you can see when a drop is real.

Where is the cheapest place to buy a Vaast R/1?

It varies by build and size. The Rival AXS and 105 versions often sell at different stores, and stock in a given frame size can change the price. Compare the store price shown for each R/1 model against its price history before buying.

Which Vaast bike is best for a first road bike?

The R/1 700c with Shimano 105 is the usual pick: a mechanical 11-speed groupset, hydraulic disc brakes and an aluminum frame with a carbon fork. The Rival AXS build adds electronic shifting and costs more, so it suits riders who want that upgrade from the start.

What is the difference between the R/1 Rival AXS and the R/1 105?

The Rival AXS model uses SRAM's wireless electronic 12-speed groupset, while the 105 build uses Shimano's mechanical 11-speed. Both share the R/1 frame and fork platform. The electronic version costs more and needs charging, but shifts without cables.

What is Vaast's return policy?

Returns depend on the store you buy from, not Vaast directly, since the R/1 is sold through retailers. Check the individual store's return window and whether it accepts assembled or ridden bikes before ordering.

Are there Vaast discount codes?

Deal.ai doesn't list Vaast discount codes. It checks what Vaast products actually cost at every store, so a real markdown shows on this page as a deal as soon as it starts, and each product's page has its price history to tell a sale from its usual price.
