Questions and answers
- When does WJShome run sales?
- WJShome has no fixed sale calendar and no live deals on this page right now. Discounts tend to appear around major retail holidays and on clearance colors. Check the price history chart to see what the couch has actually sold for.
- Where is the WJShome Cloud Couch cheapest?
- WJShome sells mainly through its own site, so the brand's store is usually the only place to buy it new. Compare the current listing against its recorded low before ordering. Third-party marketplaces occasionally list it, but check the seller is authorized.
- What is the WJShome Cloud Couch known for?
- It copies the look of the RH Cloud: deep seats, down-wrapped cushions and a low, slouchy frame. Buyers pick it for the look at a fraction of the RH price. The trade-off is softer support and cushions that need regular fluffing.
- What is WJShome's return policy?
- WJShome's policy covers a limited window after delivery, and returns on large furniture usually carry a shipping or restocking fee. Confirm the window and fees in writing before you order. Keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the couch.
