Is the MLILY worth the savings?

It costs $39.92 less as of November 4, 2026 and is 2 inches thicker. That only helps if Twin XL is the size you need. For a Full bed, the Best Choice is the only option of the two.

Can I use either on an adjustable base?

The Best Choice lists box spring and adjustable base as compatible foundations. The MLILY listing does not state foundation compatibility.

Why did the Best Choice price drop to $96.99?

That was the lowest daily price on October 31, 2026, likely a short sale. It was back to $259.99 on November 3, 2026. Check the current price before buying.
