Is the Ariens cab worth the extra money over the Classic Accessories?

If you own a compatible Ariens blower and clear snow in wind or heavy blowback, yes. The steel frame and windows give a stiffer, clearer cab for about $136 more. On a tight budget or a non-Ariens machine, the Classic Accessories cab does the basic job.

Will the Ariens 72104700 fit my snow blower?

Only if it is a select Ariens Classic, Compact, Sno-Tek, Deluxe, Platinum or Power Brush two-stage model. Check your model number against the kit's fit list before buying.

Does the Classic Accessories 71367 have windows?

No windows are listed. It is a fabric shell that covers the operator area, so you look through the open front.

Which cab lasts longer?

The Ariens has a powder-coated steel frame and is built for its specific models, so it should hold up longer in heavy use. The Classic Accessories fabric resists water and snow but has no frame to keep its shape.

Can I leave either cab on the blower all winter?

Yes. The Ariens cab has quick-release removal for storage, and the Classic Accessories cab slips on and off as a cover.

Which is better in strong wind?

The Ariens. Its steel base frame keeps the shell rigid, while the frameless Classic Accessories cab can flap.
