Which cab fits an Ariens or Toro snow blower?

The Classic Accessories Universal SL names Ariens and Toro in its fit list. The Arnold Deluxe lists Yard Machines, Cub Cadet, MTD and Troy-Bilt, so check your model before buying it for an Ariens or Toro.

Is the Arnold Deluxe worth the extra money?

It costs $103.23 at The Home Depot versus $84.99 for the Classic Accessories as of November 4, 2026. The extra buys reflective strips and a storage pouch; if you don't need those, the Classic Accessories is the better value.

Which one is easier to install?

The Classic Accessories states no drilling, a triple plate clamp and quick-release pins. The Arnold clamps to steel tube handles and detaches for storage, but its listing gives no install detail.

Do either work with four-way chute control?

The Classic Accessories states it fits two-stage throwers with or without four-way chute control. The Arnold Deluxe does not state this, so measure clearance around the chute crank first.

The Classic Accessories carries a 1-year limited warranty and uses Weather-X fabric that resists water and snow. The Arnold lists tear-resistant fabric but no warranty, so the Classic Accessories has the clearer durability claim.

Will either cab fit a three-stage blower?

The Arnold Deluxe is listed for most medium and large two-stage and three-stage blowers. The Classic Accessories is listed for two-stage throwers only.
