Which is better for heavy coats and suits?

The velvet hangers. They state a 10 lb capacity per hanger, while the ZRKFSR listing gives no weight rating. Use the plastic hearts for shirts and dresses instead.

Which holds slippery fabrics better?

The velvet hangers. The velvet coating grips silk, satin and wide necklines; smooth plastic lets them slide off.

How many hangers do I get?

The velvet set lists 30 pieces, though its pack quantity field says 50, so confirm the count before ordering. The ZRKFSR pack has 20.

Are the heart hangers strong enough for adult coats?

Probably not for heavy winter coats. The listing gives no load rating and the hangers are thin plastic, so keep them for light tops and dresses.

Do both have rotating hooks?

Yes. Both list a 360-degree hook, metal on the velvet set and a swivel hook on the ZRKFSR.

Is the velvet set worth extra over the plastic hearts?

If prices are close, yes: more hangers, a stated weight limit and anti-slip grip. Check the live prices on this page, since neither price was provided.
