Which is better for post-workout recovery?

The Under Armour Ignite Select. Its foam-lined strap and drop-in EVA footbed cushion the foot far better than the thin Athletic Works sole.

Is the Under Armour worth double the price?

For daily wear or recovery, yes. For shower shoes or quick errands, the $10.48 Athletic Works does the job at half the cost.

The Under Armour should hold up longer. EVA footbeds and padded straps resist compression better than a basic lightweight slide.

Can either strap be adjusted?

No. Both have fixed straps, so fit depends on getting your size right.

Which is better for the gym shower or pool?

The Athletic Works. It is cheaper, lighter and dries fast, and you lose little if it gets beat up.

Do they fit true to size?

Both are listed as regular fit. The Athletic Works listing shows size 13 in black; the Under Armour runs true to size per its regular fit.
