Which is better for hot sleepers?

The Celeste Home cotton flannel breathes better than polyester microfiber, but flannel itself sleeps warm. For a hot room, neither is ideal; the Eddie Bauer's temperature-regulating finish helps somewhat but polyester still traps heat.

The Eddie Bauer microfiber resists wrinkles and holds its shape with less care. Cotton flannel softens and can pill with washing, so it may show wear sooner, though both are machine wash and tumble dry.

Is the Eddie Bauer worth the lower price?

At $32.50 at Wayfair as of November 8, 2026, it is the cheaper set and needs no ironing. You give up cotton breathability and a brushed feel.

Do both fit a deep mattress?

Yes. Both list a 16-inch maximum mattress depth and a fully elastic fitted sheet, so they fit most pillow-top mattresses.

The Celeste Home flannel has a brushed, fuzzy softness. The Eddie Bauer microfiber is smooth and slick rather than plush.

Which has more color choices?

Eddie Bauer lists blue, green and beige. Celeste Home's listing gives no color options.
