Which is better for a heavy adult?

The RADIATA. Its max load is 350 lb against 264.55 lb for the COCOON, so it covers more body weight and any extra load from cushions or blankets.

Is the COCOON worth saving about $99?

If you weigh well under 265 lb and want the swivel, yes. You give up the higher load limit and the 4.6 out of 5 rating history the RADIATA has.

Only the COCOON lists a 360-degree swivel. The RADIATA hangs from a stand and chain and does not list a swivel.

Yes. Both are listed for indoor and outdoor use. The COCOON uses PE rattan on a powder-coated steel frame, and the RADIATA uses a woven basket on a metal frame.

Which is easier to assemble?

Both require assembly. The RADIATA ships with tools, a manual and an accessories bag in the box; the COCOON ships in two cartons and does not list tools.

Neither maker publishes a warranty in the specs given. The RADIATA's higher load rating and 66 buyer ratings are the better durability signal; the COCOON's removable cushion cover helps with cleaning.
