Which is better for two cats?

The Coziwow. Its three platforms and 50.8-inch height give two cats separate resting spots. The Generoso has only 2 levels.

Which is better outdoors?

The Generoso. It is listed as an outdoor cat house. The Coziwow is built as indoor furniture in pine, mesh and acrylic.

Is the Coziwow worth $229.99?

It is a fair price for solid pine with three levels, an acrylic door and a scratching post included. Whether it beats the Generoso depends on the Generoso's actual store price, which was not given.

Which has better ventilation?

The Coziwow uses galvanized mesh front panels, which move air freely. The Generoso advertises ventilation with glass doors, but glass holds heat, so airflow depends on the vent placement.

Which is easier to clean?

The Coziwow's flat wood platforms wipe clean and the mesh doors open wide. Glass doors on the Generoso show smudges and nose prints faster.

Do either include scratching furniture?

Only the Coziwow. It ships with a 3.1-inch diameter post and a 15.2 x 8.3 inch scratching board. No scratching surface is listed for the Generoso.
