Which is better for 1080p gaming?

They will perform almost the same, since both use the RTX 5060 8GB. The CyberPowerPC's Ryzen 5 9500F is faster in CPU-heavy games, so it pulls ahead slightly in titles like strategy and simulation games.

Is the CyberPowerPC worth $20 more?

Yes for most buyers. The newer AM5 socket and Zen 5 CPU give you a real upgrade path, and $20 is small next to the cost of a platform swap later.

Which has a better upgrade path?

The CyberPowerPC. Its AM5 board accepts newer Ryzen chips, while the SKYESEV's AM4 board is limited to older generations.

Both can, but the 8GB of VRAM on the RTX 5060 means you will need to lower texture settings in demanding games at 1440p. Neither is a strong 4K machine.

Which should I buy if I want it in white?

The CyberPowerPC, which comes in black or white. The SKYESEV is black only.

Do both include Windows and a 1TB SSD?

Yes. Both list Windows, 16GB RAM and a 1TB solid state drive, so neither needs an immediate storage or memory upgrade for typical use.
