Which is better for blasting car wheels and suspension parts?

The Eastwood B60. Its 36 x 24 x 23 inch interior and 120 lb hopper handle large parts and long sessions. The MOTORHOT's 33 lb capacity and small cabinet suit small brackets and bolts.

Can I run the Eastwood B60 on a small compressor?

Not well. It needs 7 cfm at 90 psi, so a typical 6-gallon hobby compressor will run out of air quickly. The MOTORHOT needs only 5 cfm at 40-80 psi.

Is the Eastwood worth about $415 more?

Yes if you blast often and need the space. The B60 gives roughly four times the media capacity, a much larger interior and LED lighting. For occasional small jobs, the MOTORHOT covers the basics for far less.

Which has better visibility?

The Eastwood. It has a 22 x 10.5 in window with bright LED lighting. The MOTORHOT has a 15.75 x 11.6 in window lit by a fluorescent lamp.

Does the Eastwood B60 come fully assembled?

No. It bolts together in about 2 hours with two people and ships in two boxes. Check that both boxes are included before you start.

The Eastwood is the heavier-duty unit at 149 lbs with a deep V hopper and gas-strut door. The MOTORHOT is a lighter powder-coated steel cabinet. Neither maker publishes a warranty period in the specs shown.
