    Questions and answers

Which is better for meal prep?
The Freshbox set, because six sizes from 15 cl to 3.1 L let you portion single servings and larger batches. The Frigoverre set is better for big leftovers than for portioned meals.
    Which set is more leak-proof?
Freshbox describes its blue snap-on lids as airtight and leak-proof. Bormioli Rocco does not make that claim for the Frigoverre lids, so use care with liquids.
Can both go in the freezer and microwave?
Yes, glass only. Freshbox is rated to -20°C and microwave safe with the lid off. Frigoverre is freezer safe to -4 °F and microwave safe to 158 °F without the lid.
Is the Frigoverre set worth the extra over Freshbox?
No Freshbox price was provided, so a direct comparison is not possible. The Frigoverre set has ranged from $25.24 to $44.99 since November 1, 2026, so check the current price before deciding.
    Which lasts longer?
Both use tempered or sturdy glass with plastic lids, so the glass should outlast the lids. Frigoverre has a longer market track record; Freshbox has too few ratings to judge long-term durability.
Which is better for serving at the table?
Frigoverre. Its finished look is designed for table service, while the Freshbox set is aimed at storage and meal prep.
