Which has better lighting for makeup?

The DUMOS. Its 10 LED bulbs ring the mirror and dim steplessly across 3 color modes. The Furmax uses LED lighting with 3 color options and adjustable brightness but does not list bulb count.

The DUMOS has more compartments: 3 drawers, 4 open shelves and 2 cabinets. The Furmax has 4 drawers and 2 shelves but a higher 220 lb load rating.

Is the Furmax worth the extra money?

At $116.99 versus $114.92, the gap is about $2, so price is not the deciding factor. Choose the Furmax for the higher load rating and hair dryer holder, the DUMOS for storage and lighting.

Which is easier to fit in a bedroom?

The DUMOS is narrower at about 24 in wide but taller at about 59 in. The Furmax is 43.2 in wide and 54.1 in tall, so measure your wall space before buying.

Do either come with a warranty?

The Furmax listing states no written warranty. The DUMOS specs do not state one. Confirm the store's return policy before you order.

Do both have outlets for styling tools?

Yes. Both have 2 AC outlets and 2 USB ports. The DUMOS lists 125V/12A outlets and 5V/2.1A USB ports; the Furmax does not list outlet ratings.
