Which is better for a 10-year-old beginner?

The Brockway, because it states a 9-14 age range and a 4'6" minimum height, so you can check fit before buying. The Freestyle 24 gives no age or height guidance.

Does either come with a warranty?

Only the Freestyle 24 lists one: 1 year on parts. The Brockway listing states no warranty, so confirm coverage with the store before you buy.

Are these the same bike under two names?

They look very close: both are JOYSTAR 24-inch freestyle BMX bikes with caliper rim brakes. The spec sheets differ, so treat them as separate listings and compare the actual bikes you are sent.

Which is better for dirt jumps and park riding?

Both are beginner freestyle bikes with rigid forks and caliper brakes, not built for hard jumps. The Brockway at least lists park, dirt track and trail use plus a 200 lb limit.

Is one worth extra money?

No prices were provided for either, so there is no gap to judge. If the Freestyle 24 costs more, the 1-year parts warranty is its main added value.

How much assembly is needed?

The Brockway requires assembly; the Freestyle 24 needs partial assembly. Buyer reports on the Freestyle 24 mention assembly problems, so budget time or a shop visit for either.

JOYSTAR Brockway Freestyle Kids BMX Bike 24 inch vs JOYSTAR Freestyle 24-Inch BMX

The Brockway has a fuller spec sheet (Hi-Ten steel frame, 200 lb max load, caliper brakes, single-speed) and a 4.2 rating from 229 buyers; the Freestyle 24 lists a 1-year parts warranty but no rating or price here. No prices were given for either, so check both on Deal.ai before deciding.
