Which is faster, the Klevv CRAS C925G or the WD Blue SN5000?

The Klevv is rated higher: 7,400 MB/s read and 6,500 MB/s write versus 5,500 and 5,000 on the WD. In everyday gaming and app loading the gap is smaller than the numbers suggest.

Is the WD Blue SN5000 worth the extra over the Klevv?

At $235.00 at Newegg as of November 7, no. At its $144.40 low on November 3, yes, since it undercuts the Klevv's $189.99 and has a far larger review base.

Neither listing gives endurance ratings or warranty terms, so there is no basis to pick one on lifespan. The WD's 1,200 ratings give more evidence of reliability in the field.

Will either fit a laptop?

Both are M.2 2280. The WD is single-sided, which fits thin laptops more reliably; the Klevv's graphene heatsink may add thickness, so check clearance.

Do I need a heatsink for a Gen4 SSD?

For sustained large writes, a heatsink helps avoid throttling. The Klevv includes one; the WD does not, though most motherboards supply their own.

Which is better for a PS5?

Neither listing states PS5 compatibility. The Klevv's heatsink is closer to what a PS5 wants, but confirm Sony's requirements before buying either.
