Does either have a touchscreen?

Only the Lenovo. It has a 15.3-inch 1920x1200 touchscreen at 120Hz. The 15.6-inch i3 model is a standard non-touch 60Hz panel.

Which is better for photo editing?

The Lenovo. Its screen covers 100% sRGB at 400 nits and its 6-core chip and 16GB of RAM speed up edits. The i3 model's 8GB of RAM and older dual-core chip will slow down larger files.

Can I upgrade either one later?

Check before buying. Neither listing states soldered or upgradeable memory, and thin laptops like these often have RAM fixed to the board. Storage is usually easier to swap than RAM on both.
