Which is better for a 2-year-old?

Both start at 18 months. The carriage rewards a toddler who is already walking, while the Moana set suits sit-down pretend play. Pick based on whether your child prefers to move or to build stories in one spot.

Which has more replay value?

The carriage holds up to 10 figures and adds music, so it can grow with a Little People collection. The Moana set has more built-in physical action, with spinning and swinging parts.

Does either need batteries?

The Moana Adventure Village does not require batteries. The Pull-Along Musical Carriage is battery-operated for its music and sounds.

Is the carriage hard to put together?

It requires assembly, while the Moana set does not. Expect some setup time before the carriage is ready to play.

Is one worth the extra money?

The gap is small: $32.99 versus $32.49. The carriage costs slightly less and adds music and figure capacity, so it is the better value if your child likes pull toys.

Can the figures be used together?

Both sets use Little People figures, so the Moana, Heihei, Belle and Rapunzel figures can be swapped between them.
