Which is better for a small bathroom?

The 26 x 46. It needs a 26 in by 46 in opening, while the 30 x 54 needs a 30 in by 54 in space. Measure the doorway and the alcove before ordering either.

Is the 30 x 54 worth the extra money?

If you want air massage and a larger bathing well, yes. It adds 16 air injectors, a stainless-steel frame and an inline heater for about $1,850 more at current prices.

Which one lasts longer?

Both use fiberglass-backed construction with a gel coat or acrylic shell. The 30 x 54 adds a stainless-steel frame, which is the sturdier build on paper. Neither listing states a warranty term.

Do both have a left drain and inward door?

Yes. Both are left-drain models with an inward-swing door, so they fit the same plumbing side. Check the door swing clearance in your room.

Which holds more water?

The 26 x 46 lists a 40-gallon maximum. The 30 x 54 does not state a capacity, but its larger shell will hold more. Confirm with the seller if bather size matters.

Can I install either as a freestanding tub?

The 26 x 46 lists freestanding, alcove and corner installation. The 30 x 54 is described for compact bathroom spaces but its install types are not stated, so verify before buying.
