Which is better for a side sleeper?

The Novilla's pillowtop and five-zone coils give softer, zoned support, which many side sleepers prefer. The Mocangtu's Eurotop is also soft on top but firmer through the coil base.

Is the Mocangtu worth saving $11 over the Novilla?

Yes if you want the thicker 14-inch build and a fiberglass-free fire barrier. The Novilla is the better pick if zoned coil support matters more to you than the small savings.

Neither brand publishes a durability rating. The Mocangtu's extra 2 inches of foam and coil height may hold up longer for heavier sleepers, but that is an estimate, not a tested figure.

Can either go on an adjustable bed?

The Mocangtu is listed as adjustable bed compatible. The Novilla listing does not state it, so check with the seller before buying for an adjustable base.

Which is better for two people sharing a bed?

Both use individually wrapped coils, which limit motion transfer. The Novilla's five-zone design adds firmer support in the middle, which helps with shared weight.

Where is each cheapest right now?

The Mocangtu is $158.96 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026. The Novilla is $169.99 at Amazon as of the same date, with a second store also listing it.
