Are these two the same cat house?

Yes. The dimensions, door count, materials and 10 lb weight limit match. They differ mainly in color and price.

The yellow listing at $96.00 at English Elm as of November 4, 2026, versus $136.95 at Amazon for the light gray one.

Is it big enough for an adult cat?

Only for cats up to 10 lbs per compartment. A larger cat will not fit comfortably on the tiers.

Can it stay outside in rain?

The asphalt eave roof and raised floor shed rain and keep the base off wet ground. It is fir wood, so it still needs a sheltered spot and periodic checking.

Does it work indoors?

Yes. The manufacturer lists patios, porches, garages and indoor rooms as suitable, and it can be combined with a catio.

How long does assembly take?

It ships flat with hardware and instructions. Expect a couple of hours with two people given the 52.9 lb shipping weight.
