Are these the same phone?

Yes. Both are the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G with 128GB storage, unlocked, with a 6.8-inch 3088 x 1440 display, 108MP rear camera, 40MP front camera and S Pen. The difference is the seller, the price and what comes in the box.

Product A, at $264.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, versus $313.00 at eBay for Product B. That is about $48 less.

Is the S22 Ultra still a good phone in 2026?

Yes for camera and screen. Reviewers praise the zoom range, the 120Hz display and the S Pen, and criticize occasional software bugs. It no longer gets the newest Android versions, so check that before buying.

Which has better battery life?

They are the same phone with the same 5000 mAh battery, so battery life should match. Expect a used unit's battery to have worn down; ask the seller about battery health.

Does either come with a charger?

Neither listing mentions a charger. Samsung stopped including one with the S22 Ultra, so plan to buy a USB-C charger separately.

Buy A for the lower price and the included case and screen protector. Buy B if fast US shipping matters more than the $48 difference.
