Is the Galaxy S22 Ultra still worth buying in 2026?

At $313 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is a lot of phone for the money: flagship camera, S Pen and a 120Hz screen. Expect slower updates and weaker battery life than a current model.

How does it compare with the S23 Ultra?

The S23 Ultra has a more efficient Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, better low-light photos and longer software support. The S22 Ultra costs far less and keeps the same 10x periscope zoom and S Pen.

Does it have a headphone jack?

No. The S22 Ultra has no 3.5mm headphone jack; audio goes over USB-C or Bluetooth. The listing's connector field is misleading on this point.

Can I add a microSD card?

No. The 128GB model has no microSD slot, so plan on cloud storage or a USB-C drive for extra space.

The phone and a USB-C cable. Samsung does not include a charger or earphones, so you need your own 25W or 45W adapter for fast charging.

Prices on this generation drop around new Samsung launches and major sales events. The current $313 at eBay is already near the low end for a new unlocked unit.
