Which is better for a daily commute?

The 350W model. It has a stated 19 MPH top speed, dual brakes and IP65 water resistance, which matter on wet or fast commutes. The pink SGEL02 is fine for short, dry rides.

Is the 350W model worth the extra $14?

Yes for most riders. For about $14 more you get a 350W motor, dual brakes, a seat, cruise control and an IP65 rating. The pink model wins only on price and color.

Which has the longer range?

Both claim 21 miles. The 350W model has a larger 36V 7.8Ah battery, so its range should hold up better under load or at higher speeds.

Can adults ride the pink SGEL02?

Yes. Sigravy rates it for adults and kids age 14 and up, and the aluminum frame is built for adult commuters. It has no stated weight limit, so check with the seller if you are heavy.

Do either have a seat?

Only the 350W model includes a seat. The pink SGEL02 is a stand-up scooter with a fixed handlebar.

Are the tires solid on both?

Yes. Both use 8.5-inch solid or honeycomb rubber tires, so no flats, but the ride is firm and neither lists suspension.
