    Questions and answers

Which seats more people, the Skempton or the Rosalie?
The Skempton seats six with six chairs. The Rosalie seats five, with four chairs and a bench, though its listing claims capacity for six.
Which fits a small dining room better?
The Rosalie. Its 48 in round top and pedestal base take less floor space than the Skempton's 59.88 in rectangular table.
    Is the Rosalie worth $368.00?
It is a fair price for a veneer-top table with four upholstered chairs and a pedestal base. Check the Skempton's current price first, since it includes two more seats.
Which is sturdier for daily family use?
Both use solid wood frames with veneer surfaces. The Skempton is much heavier at 76.2 kg, which suggests a substantial build, but neither listing gives a weight rating.
    Do either need assembly?
The Skempton requires assembly. The Rosalie listing does not state whether assembly is needed, so confirm before buying.
    Can either go outdoors?
No. The Rosalie is explicitly not recommended for outdoor use, and the Skempton is an indoor dining set.
