The TruXport fits 2019-2026 Silverado short boxes; the Lo Pro 572201 fits 2015-2019 Silverado and Sierra. Check your model year before buying.

Is the Lo Pro worth $150 more?

It sits lower (3/4 in vs 1.5 in) and seals at the sides and corners. If you want a tighter, lower fit, yes; if you want the cheapest cover, no.

Which keeps the bed drier?

The Lo Pro lists side and corner sealing, which the TruXport does not. Neither is listed as waterproof, only water resistant.

How long does installation take?

The TruXport lists under 1 hour. The Lo Pro does not state an install time.

Can I still use the full bed?

Yes. Both are roll-up covers, so they roll forward to open the bed.
