Which is better for braces?

Both include an orthodontic tip. The Waterpik Aquarius has the stronger rating history and a 1-minute timer that helps you cover every bracket, so it is the safer pick for braces.

Is the Nicefeel worth the extra money?

At $31.28 at Walmart versus $19.99 at eBay for the Aquarius as of November 7, 2026, the Nicefeel costs more. You pay extra mainly for the 600 mL tank and tip storage, not for better cleaning evidence.

Which one lasts longer?

The Aquarius comes with a Waterpik limited warranty, typically 3 years, and has a much larger rating base. The Nicefeel lists no written warranty, so long-term support is less certain.

Which has the bigger water tank?

The Nicefeel lists 600 mL. The Aquarius uses a removable reservoir with a flip-top lid of similar size. The difference is small in daily use.

Can two people share one unit?

Yes on both. The Aquarius ships with 7 color-coded tips so each user has their own. The Nicefeel includes 7 tips but they are not color-coded.

Which is better for sensitive gums?

Both start at a low pressure setting. The Aquarius has 10 settings and a pacer that helps you move on before over-irritating one area, which suits sensitive gums well.
