Which set is better for a small living room?

The Terren set is the safer pick for a tight room because it is a sofa-and-loveseat pair without an ottoman. The Morden Fort sofa is 82 inches long, so measure your wall first.

Is the Morden Fort worth the extra $197?

If you want a storage ottoman, removable cushions and a stated 1,400 lb capacity, yes. If you just need two matching seats, the Terren saves you money.

Which one has removable cushions?

Only the Morden Fort lists removable cushions. The Terren listing does not say its cushions come off.

Neither listing gives a frame warranty or cushion foam density, so there is no clear durability winner. The Morden Fort states a 1,400 lb weight capacity; the Terren states none.

Do both come in gray?

The Morden Fort is listed in gray. The Terren comes in multiple colors, including stripe, but gray is not confirmed.

Which is cheaper right now?

The Terren at $770.00 at Wayfair as of November 4, 2026, versus $966.72 at Home Depot for the Morden Fort as of the same date.
