Only if your room can take 108 inches. If space is tight, the Havens gives you a chaise and ottoman without crowding the room.

Can I change the layout?

Both allow it. The Havens has a reversible chaise and movable ottoman; the Sailvan is modular, so its sections can be rearranged.

Which has more color choices?

The Sailvan, with gray, black, brown, beige, white and green. The Havens comes only in coffee brown faux leather.
