About it
The Dyson V12 Detect™ Slim is Dyson's intelligent, powerful, and slim cordless vacuum. It's engineered with the power, intelligence, versatility, and run time to deep clean your whole home in a lightweight, compact format. Dyson illumination reveals invisible dust on hard floors. The Dyson V12 Detect Slim intelligently optimizes power and run time based on the debris picked up, reporting it all on the LCD screen.³ The LCD screen also displays the run time countdown, power modes, and maintenance alerts. The Fluffy Optic™ cleaner head uses a precisely angled light to reveal 2x more microscopic dust and dirt you can’t normally see on hard floors.⁵ Dyson's de-tangling Motorbar™ cleaner head deep cleans carpets and hard floors without tangles. Its versatile cordless format transforms into a handheld vacuum with one click so you can clean up high, down low, and everywhere in between. ¹Compared to the Dyson V8™. ²Actual runtime will vary based on power mode, dust level, floor type and/or attachments used. ³Accuracy may vary. Best accuracy in Auto mode. Auto ramp feature in Auto mode only. ⁴In Boost mode. All other modes achieve at least 99.97% filtration. ⁵Compared to the original Dyson Laser Slim Fluffy™ cleaner head. In the box: Motorbar cleaner head, Fluffy optic cleaner head, Crevice tool, Mini motorized tool, Charging cable, Wall dock.

About the Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless Vacuum
The Dyson V12 Detect Slim is a lightweight cordless stick vacuum with 150 air watts of suction, a laser-like Fluffy Optic head that lights up dust on hard floors, and a Motorbar head with vanes that strip hair off the brush bar. A sensor adjusts power in Auto mode and reports debris picked up on the LCD screen. It converts to a handheld with one click and runs up to 60 minutes on a 7-cell battery. The best new price is $299.99 at Woot as of November 6, 2026, well below the $504.99 high seen on November 3; the $87 low on October 31 looks like a clearance or open-box outlier, not a typical price.
