Is $485.99 a good price for this sectional?

It is the lowest of the five new listings we track, at Johnson's Furniture as of November 7, 2026. That puts it at the bottom of its recent range, so it is a strong price for a U-shaped velvet sectional.

How big is the sofa, really?

It measures 99 inches long and 51 inches deep. Measure your room and your entry path first, since a U shape this deep needs open floor space.

Does it come with the chaise on both ends?

Yes. The double chaise is built into the U shape, with lounging sections at the ends. Check the store listing for whether the chaise can be placed left or right.

Is velvet a good choice for pets and kids?

Velvet feels soft but catches pet hair and shows smudges. In a busy household, plan on regular brushing and spot cleaning.

How many people does it seat?

A U-shaped sectional this size typically seats five to seven adults, plus room to stretch out on the chaises.

Does it need assembly?

Most sectionals in this class arrive in sections that need joining, and some need legs attached. Confirm the delivery and assembly terms with the store before ordering.
