Is a Smith Machine enough for a full home gym?

It covers squats, bench, overhead press and rows, and the jammer arms add more angles. It does not replace free weights for stabilizer work or Olympic lifts, so many owners add dumbbells or a free barbell later.

How is this different from a power rack?

What do the jammer arms add?
