Is the CHITA sleeper sofa good for everyday sleeping?

It is built for occasional guests, not nightly use. The pull-out mechanism and fabric mattress are fine for a few nights at a time, but a dedicated mattress holds up better for daily sleeping.

What size bed does the pull-out make?

CHITA lists it as a sleeper sofa but the listing does not state the open bed dimensions. Check the product page or ask the store for the flat length and width before buying, since most pull-outs of this type land between a twin and a full.

Does the ottoman come with the sofa?

Yes. The ottoman is part of this model, not a separate add-on, and it can serve as a footrest or extra seat.

Is $804.47 a good price for it?

It is the only new price we have, listed at Lowe's as of November 6, 2026. With one store selling it, there is no lower competing price to compare against, so judge it against similar fabric sleeper sofas with an ottoman.

How much assembly does it need?

Expect to attach the legs and possibly the ottoman, and to fit the pull-out frame. Two people help when moving and opening the bed the first time.

Will the gray fabric match my room?

Gray is a neutral that fits most palettes, but fabric shades vary between batches. If the exact tone matters, ask for a swatch or check the store's return window before ordering.

About the CHITA Pull-Out Sleeper Sofa Bed with Ottoman

The CHITA is a fabric sleeper sofa in gray with a wood frame and a matching pull-out ottoman that stores under or beside the seat. The best new price is $804.47 at Lowe's as of November 6, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no lower competing price to compare against.
