Is the Vera Bradley Outlet Travel Tote worth it?

At $35.76 at Target as of November 5, 2026, it is a low-cost way to get a 27 L organized tote. If you want a structured bag or a laptop sleeve, look elsewhere.

How does it compare to the regular Vera Bradley Weekender?

This is an outlet-exclusive version with two zip compartments and a lower price. The standard weekender is a single-compartment bag sold in regular retail prints.

Does it fit under an airplane seat?

At 27 L it is sized as a personal item for most airlines, but it is soft-sided and has no trolley strap. Check your airline's personal-item dimensions before relying on it.

Two main compartments, three mesh slip pockets and an interior zip pocket, plus exterior pockets. It holds a change of clothes, a toiletry bag and a tablet with room to spare.

Is it machine washable?

Vera Bradley quilted cotton bags are generally spot-clean only. Washing can distort the quilting and fade the print.

Outlet-exclusive totes tend to drop during outlet clearance events and holiday sales. The $35.76 at Target as of November 5, 2026 is already near the low end for this size.
