Is the PMAX 5600 worth the investment?

If you are looking to replace a gym membership with a single piece of equipment, the $1,729.99 price point is competitive for a 3-in-1 system. It offers more safety for solo lifting than a standard rack.

What is the weight capacity of the Smith bar?

The machine is designed for heavy residential use, typically supporting several hundred pounds on the Smith bar and cable systems. Check specific plate limits if you are an elite powerlifter.

Does it come with weight plates?

Typically, the PMAX 5600 includes the frame and attachments like the pull-up bar and cable handles, but Olympic weight plates must be purchased separately.

How much ceiling height is required?

You generally need at least 7 feet of clearance for the frame, plus extra room to comfortably perform pull-ups at the top of the rack.
