How big a room does the Tinley need?

It runs 135 inches long and 90 inches deep, so plan for a large living room with clearance around it. Measure doorways and hallways before delivery, since the pieces arrive separately but are bulky.

Can the pieces be arranged in different layouts?

Yes. It is a five-piece modular set, so you can split it into an L-shape, a U-shape or a straight run. The ottoman can sit at either end or stand alone.

Are the cushion covers removable and washable?

The cushions are removable, which helps with vacuuming and spot cleaning. Check the care label before machine washing microfiber covers.

Is the Tinley good for pets and kids?

Microfiber is a tight weave that handles everyday wear well and wipes clean easily. It does attract pet hair and lint, so keep a lint roller nearby.

When is the Tinley cheapest?

It is $1,263.60 at Expo Furniture Gallery as of November 7, 2026, with two stores listing it new. Compare both stores and watch for holiday furniture sales.
