Is the Mesa Torch worth it?

If you want a tall, clean-burning flame for a patio without smoke or ash, it does that well. It is not a heater, so don't buy it for warmth. At $54.99 at eBay as of November 6, 2026, it is a modest spend for the look.

What fuel does it use?

It runs on Solo Stove Torch Fuel, drawn up through a wick. Other fuels are not recommended, so budget for refills from Solo Stove.

How tall is it, and does it need assembly?

It stands about 52.5 inches in the short configuration on its stake, with a 3.75-inch round body. Assembly is required, and the stake needs firm ground.

Can it be left outside in rain?

Solo Stove rates it weather and water resistant, so it can stay out in normal conditions. Bring it in or cover it for long storage and hard freezes.

Does it give off heat?

Very little. The Mesa Torch is sold for ambiance, so treat it as a light and flame feature, not a patio heater.

When is the price lowest?

The lowest daily price seen since October 30, 2026 was $29.99 on October 30, 2026, well under the current $54.99 at eBay. Watch for seasonal markdowns outside peak patio season.
