Is the MEIZE 12-inch tablet good for note-taking?

It ships with a stylus and has a 12-inch screen, which suits handwriting and sketching. Expect basic pen input rather than the pressure sensitivity of premium tablets.

Does it run full Android with Google Play?

It runs Android 15. Confirm with the seller that Google Play services are included, since some budget tablets ship with limited app stores.

How much storage do I actually get?

The listed 256GB is before the system and preinstalled apps, so expect somewhat less free space. Check whether a microSD slot is listed if you need more.

Is $189.98 a good price?

It is the only new price listed, at Best Buy as of November 6, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare it with. Compare against other 12-inch Android tablets before deciding.

Can I use it for gaming?

Light games should run, but the 2K-resolution screen and budget hardware limit heavier 3D titles. It is better suited to video, reading and productivity apps.

Does it have cellular data?

No. It is Wi-Fi only, so you need a hotspot or Wi-Fi network for connectivity.
