Can it run modern AAA games?

Only at low settings and frame rates. The Radeon 680M is integrated graphics, so it suits esports titles and older games better than new releases.

Is 16GB of RAM enough?

Yes for gaming and everyday use. A 32GB configuration is also listed if you run many heavy apps at once.

How much storage does it have?

Listings show a 256GB SSD and a 2TB SSD option. The 256GB drive fills quickly with large games, so the bigger drive is worth considering.

Is it good for schoolwork?

Yes. The 8-core Ryzen 7 and 16GB of DDR5 RAM handle documents, browsing and video calls easily, and the 17.3-inch screen helps with split-screen work.

Is $629.99 a good price?

It is the best new price found as of November 7, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is little room to compare. Watch for a lower price if you are not in a hurry.

Does it have a fingerprint reader?

Yes. It has a fingerprint scan for login and a backlit keyboard.
